Starry Hour (the “App”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed through the App and how it is used.

Favorite locations, search history, and settings are stored locally on your device. You can delete saved data in the App settings. If you delete the App, locally stored data is also deleted.
Firebase Analytics
The App may use Google Firebase Analytics to understand app usage, improve features, and enhance service quality. Firebase Analytics may collect or process the following information.
- App screen views
- App usage events, such as search submissions, search result selections, and search history selections
- Favorite add/remove events, favorite limit events, and bulk favorite deletion events
- Current location request and failure events
- Map open events and other key feature usage events

- App-instance identifiers or similar analytics identifiers
The App does not include raw search terms or exact latitude and longitude values in Firebase Analytics events. For favorite and location-related events, the App may include limited information such as a shortened region name, location type, and country code for analytics purposes.
This information is used to understand app usage flows, prioritize feature improvements, and improve app stability and user experience.
Firebase Crashlytics
The App may use Google Firebase Crashlytics to analyze errors and improve app stability. Crashlytics may collect the following information.
- App crash logs
- App state at the time of an error
- Device model, operating system version, and app version
- Installation identifiers

This information is used to analyze app errors and improve stability.
Google AdMob

Favorite locations, search history, and settings stored locally by the App remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.
Information processed by third-party services such as Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google AdMob is retained and deleted according to each service provider’s policies.

The App does not store your personal information on its own server.
Locally stored information can be deleted in the following ways.
- Delete saved data in the App settings
- Delete the App
Information processed by third-party services is deleted and retained according to each service provider’s policies.
6. User Rights and Choices
You can manage privacy-related choices in the following ways.
- Allow or deny location permission in iOS settings
- Manage app tracking permission in iOS settings
- Delete saved data in the App settings
- Delete locally stored information by uninstalling the App
Even if you deny location permission, you can still use some App features by searching for a place or entering coordinates manually. However, current-location-based features may be limited.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14.
8. Privacy Protection Measures
The App processes information only to the extent necessary to provide its features. The App does not store your favorite locations, search history, or location history on its own server.
Communications with third-party services are handled according to each service provider’s security policies and transmission protection methods.
